Thomas Cornelius started his first internet business Addashop in 1997 which partnered with a European group that went public as one of the first European internet companies with a valuation north of $ 1 billion. The Addashop platform supported some of the early companies entering the ecommerce space that leveraged Addashop's integration into central distribution partners like Ingram.

Thomas has won various awards for his applications including Best Consumer Value Award (Jan. 2015), The One to Watch Program Award (Apr. 2014), Best Cash Innovation Award (Feb. 2014), and in January 2014 The Gotta-Have Mobile App and Killer Technology awards.
