His career also includes a regional HealthTech StartUp endeavor and a Verizon international subsidiary. As a life-long learner & systems thinker, he enjoys mentoring intra/entrepreneurs and blending a diverse technology background with a growing repertoire of innovation strategies & techniques. Mariano proactively identified Flashpoint as a way to improve NCR's multi-horizon innovation capabilities and successfully led a cross-functional team during Cohort 8.
