Marc is a serial entrepreneur, veteran dealmaker, senior advisor, happily recovering deal lawyer, and former Managing Partner of a full-service corporate law firm.

Marc has held the title of Director for several public companies and numerous private companies, primarily located in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, or Cleveland. Currently, he is on the Board of Directors for CardinalCommerce (authenticated payments), Cohesant (water infrastructure), Within3 (digital healthcare collaboration), Thuuz (real time sports), and CadenceCounsel (Ad Hoc Counsel on demand). He is also Senior Advisor to LoungeBuddy (travel app) and former Senior Advisor for Twitch (sold to Amazon 2014).

He has been on the board of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for more than 20 years and also on the board for the Rex Foundation (non-profit founded by the Grateful Dead). Moreover, Marc has been a prolific author and teacher in areas of business, securities, finance, and negotiation.

Marc has his B.A. from Yale and J.D. from Boston University.
