Dr. Frederic Bien is CEO of Community On Call, a company that activates healthcare-related communities in deploying mentoring networks. Dr. Bien is also president of Personality Disorder Awareness Network (PDAN), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to increasing public awareness and prevention of the development of personality disorders in children. Previously Dr. Bien was CEO of Ad Buying Network, a media buying agency that focused on analytics and strategy for advertising in search, social media, television, print and radio.

Dr. Bien started three companies that were sold a profit for investors: Bien Logic (web development and traffic analysis), Belamo (online dating) and BLiNQ Media (social media advertising).

Dr. Bien has a BA in Math from Universite Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium, a PhD in Math from MIT, and a Master in Quantitative Finance from GeorgiaTech. He is a graduate of Flashpoint Cohort 6.
