Fred Blumer is the CEO at Vehcon, a company that utilizes smartphone technologies to provide key vehicle data to customers across the automotive ecosystem. He was also the Vice President and Co-Founder of Hughes Telematics which was acquired by Verizon. Fred studied Japanese language and business at Kansai Gaidai University, has a BA in Biology at the College of Charleston, a JD in Law at the University of South Carolina School of Law, is a research fellow, faculty of law, corporate law at Kyoto University, and has an OPM at Harvard Business School. He is a graduate of Flashpoint Cohort 2.
